Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can file a return and we will accept it. You can do this within 30 days after you place your order. 

How to file a return?

Send us a message to support@soothingcouch.com, including a photo showing the quality of the leather item. We will inspect it and send you our return approval response.

What is our refund process?

When we accept your return claim, we will send you our return address to send the item back to us. There is a no re-stocking fee for this, and you only pay the actual return shipping cost.

Your order amount will be refunded 5 days after we receive the leather item, with an email confirmation (we provide the money to the source without headache).

When will the money be back in your bank account?

After we issue the amount, you can expect the funds to be available within 5 days, but please note that the process may be delayed by some banks.

What is our warranty?

We have a 1-year warranty covering normal use, including wear and tear.

What if you receive a wrong item or a defective item?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item compared to what you bought from us, send us a message to support@soothingcouch.com. We will dispatch and send you a new one, and you have the option to start a return and receive a full refund of your order.
